Collection of Information
(A) Non-Personally Identifiable Information If you browse the public portions of the Web Site, you do so anonymously. EIS may, however, automatically collect and store certain non-personally identifiable information regarding your use of the Web Site, such as the Internet Protocol address of your computer, your Internet Service Provider, the type of computer and operating system you are using, the pages read and any content downloaded. This information is not linked to you as an individual user. Rather, it is recorded as general statistical information, which may be used and disclosed to others by EIS to monitor use of the Web Site, to improve the Web Site, and generally to enable us to provide you with the best possible Web experience. That information may be retained indefinitely for future statistical analysis and other purposes.
Use of “Cookies”
EIS may uses “cookies,” a standard technology that installs a small text file on a visitor’s hard drive to permit the Web Site to recognize future visits by that computer. If used, the cookie does not contain, nor does it link to any personally identifiable information. Cookies enable us to understand who has seen which particular Web site pages, to determine how often these pages are visited, and to track the most popular areas of our site. Cookies also enhance the convenience and use of the Web Site. For example, a cookie may be used to track whether a user has been to a password-protected section of the Web Site. This allows the user to re-enter this section and bypass the password screen. Cookies are used, but are not necessary to browse any portion of the Web Site. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the opportunity to decide whether to accept it. Cookies are not currently used on this Web Site.

These include subscribing to newsletters or mailing lists, participating in surveys or contests, facilitating EIS’s correspondence with you, registering your entitlement to access certain special features of the Web Site, or completing transactions. By providing personally identifiable information, you consent to EIS making use of such information as outlined below.
It is always your choice whether or not to provide personally identifiable information. If you choose not to provide such requested information, you may not be able to use certain features of the Web Site.
